End User License Agreement

By installing Worship Assistant Online Edition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully!

You understand that you are not purchasing the software itself, but rather a license to use the software. As a licensed user of Worship Assistant Online Edition, you are entitled to install the software for use on one Internet domain at a time. Additional installations that don't meet this criteria require that you purchase additional copies of the software.

You may not give away or sell copies of the software or documentation to any other party for any reason. If you upgrade the software, your license to use the previous version terminates. In other words, you cannot legally give copies of your previous version away.

You may transfer your license to use the program to another individual, as long as you cease using the program, destroy all copies of the software in your possession, and notify ChurchAssist Technologies of the transfer.

This software is offered without a warranty of any kind. ChurchAssist Technologies is not liable for any loss of time, money, data, etc. that might be caused by using this software.
